Angela and the team at Boyd's are just awesome! They truly went above an beyond to assist in the purchase of our new property, always available by phone and really went the extra mile to assist with pre purchase property inspections, disclosed all of the property details good and bad so we were able to make a very informed decision. They also stayed back late to hand over the keys to our new home on settlement day! We are thrilled with our new house and this has just been the best experience from start to finish. Angela helped us buy our current property and was really helpful all the way through. We were new to the area and Angela went above and beyond to help us navigate the purchase and move here. Boyd's Realty have managed my investment property for the past several years, without incident or hassle and with a confident level of professionalism. The staff and their approach make you feel like part of their family, as they take their time to get to know you and get to know your property. Issues are addressed promptly through their extensive maintenance and repair network, with all work being the best value for money without compromising quality. They were always open to discuss in detail any issues i had in terms of maintenance or tenants and were always quick to act when required. If you are looking for a trusted Realter and a hassle free experience in managing your property, i would suggest that you take a look at Boyd's Realty, and have a chat with them in the first instance - their family friendly but professional approach is hard to come by.

Boyd went above and beyond in selling my property in Springwood and was always ready with current market information and advice, the whole process was very well planned.  Boyd even went on to do the negotiation on my behalf for my new property in Lithgow.  Anyone who has/is selling or buying will understand how stressful a time it can be.  Boyd's Realty certainly made sure that wasn't the case with this sale.  I don't think I could think of any higher praise for the Agency and staff, buying or selling.

So very happy with the sale of my house with Boyd! He and his team were friendly and positive, with no question too small to answer. Boyd was also knowledgeable, calm and fair in securing the overall process and kept me in the loop at all times. Very highly recommend this agency's services!

My partner and I rented a house through Boyd's Realty. If we ever had any issues, they were onto it straight away, and nothing was too much trouble. We then ended up purchasing a house through them many months later. Angela, Boyd, Aaron and Karen are amazing people and always willing to help in any way they can. My Partner and I would definitely recommend them to anyone whose looking to rent or buy.

Extremely disappointed with our experience. Put in an offer on a house, another offer was accepted before we were ever given a chance to make a counter offer, and Boyd felt the need to tell me the owners were annoyed that he had even brought them our offer. Really weird and inappropriate. Good communication, but otherwise a lousy experience and we will be avoiding in future.

I have dealt with Boyd Realty for over 8 years for both sales and leasing. They listened to my needs and requests and have provided honest feedback. They work hard to get results.

This is a Five Star rating as a response to Max Beggs whoever he is, poor review of a hardworking agency.
