Excellent staff / instructors great members and nice facilities : I've been a member for almost 2 years and I highly recommend it, as much for beginner than the more advanced people!
Went to Boxing Works for over a year and really enjoyed my time there. Good facilities, the classes were the right balance of fun and demanding, and the instructors were knowledgeable and approachable.
After nine years of continuous active membership there is no doubt in my mind this is the best gym in Sydney and probably Australia.
"The fittest I've ever been!" Gave the boxing fitness sessions a go for about a year. Is hard work - but worth the effort. Larry and Alex are the friendly owner-operators. Their passion for fitness filters down into their business. Strictly for folk who want to "put in" rather than just "turn up".
