Box and Bike is the best place to loose weight or keep the body shape, I like here very much even though I pregnant 9 month. I will continue play boxing after giving birth in Box and Bike, lovely instructor and lovely boss.
Box and Bike has been a fantastic gym to be part of! I love the classes that they run and have attended both ones in the morning and in the evening. The trainers are experienced, encouraging and also motivate you. It's a great atmosphere to participate in, with everyone giving it their all. It's in such a great location too!
Loving the classes. A really great workout, top instructors, excellent equipment and facilities. I'm new to boxing and have really appreciated the time the instructors take to coach on technique and help me get the most out of my workout. Highly recommend.
