Conveniently located just outside Healesville town. Plenty of space to park up and take a break.nThe site has toilets, operation air/water facility. The coffee and hot food products are great value for money. The fuel pumps are pretty old with just one for diesel cars.
Purchased a coffee and snack food muffins and donuts as we were driving through and everything tasted horrible. When we spoke with the team member about the coffee machine possibly having an issue due to the poor taste and snack food tasting stale they were quite dismissive and didn’t want to hear our feedback in case other customers were also going to raise the same issue. Quite poorly managed and not a very good experience while we were passing through. Definitely wouldn’t be revisiting on our next trip through a great town.
Brilliant customer service, Naomi was very friendly and had a good chat with us. Ended up buying heaps of food as well as the petrol and it went down a treat. I would probably drive out from Melbourne again just to fill up here. 10/10 would fill up again.
Not exactly the friendliest old lady at the counter taking my coffee order. Hope you have some coffee to perk your mood up mate. “Treat your staff with kindness” poster over the shop but you don’t treat your customers with respect.
This is a weekly stop for fuel and Sunday breakfast. The staff are incredibly helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The food is great and such a good variety. Great work guys
