Great tasting food and lots of variety. The prices are okay for Bowen and they definitely outdo the local competition. Really need to work on customer service though. Phone order took 45mins 20mins later than estimated, and the staff were not at all pleasant.
I ordered the mixed entree and chaw kwai teow. The entree consisted of sweet and sour sauce, fried dim sim, prawn toast and a spring roll. Very delicious and big portions. The chaw kwai teow was also a big portion size, with a lot of fresh veg. There was carrot, cabbage, cauliflower and broccoli. The flat rice noodles were good and the sauce was not too salty. There could be more meat and chicken in the noodles. I have to take one star off, because the customer service was lacking. The eftpos was apparently not working and I had to take cash out of the ATM.
Absolutely delicious and so fresh. The combination omelette is one of the best I've had, and my husband's chicken and cashew was also lovely
I have tried Lips and Bowen noodle Bar and Bowen noodle Bar destroys lips on every metric. Bowen noodle Bar has better service, faster service, better value, better menu, better taste than lips. You absolutely have to have rocks in your head to prefer lips over Bowen noodle Bar. The satay, prawn toast, garlic prawns were absolutely sensational.
Cannot argue with the portion sizes, but we ordered three different noodle dishes and they all tasted bland and identical, with virtually the same ingredients. Their Kway Teow is vastly different to others, and not in a good way. We ate a third and chucked the rest away.
Delicious food! We order regularly now & they consistently have short wait times. Portions are good and staff are lovely. They often do custom orders for my kids too. Happy to support this local business
Teriyaki Chicken Noodles are so good!
Wait a long time and the food was oily
black bean beef fried noodle is good but crispy rainbow beef is totally deferent with pictures. It's a small amount for the price. and important thing is she is not kind
waited 50mins for Singapore noodle and fried rice. not happy at all.
