We stopped in the town of Havelock on our long way around way home to Blenheim, popped into this shop for a quick look - as drove past the day before.  What an amount to look at!  Everything from general antiques, boating antiques, boating requirements and a vast selection of chandlery, a large selection of fishing gear that's needed for that area seasonally changing, camping gear and a wide selection of other needs.  Beautiful old shop too!  Proprietors are friendly and very welcoming - we had a great chat and would love to stop in again in the future!

This shop is an Aladdin's cave with gear for boaties to hunters, campers, trampers, fishermen, DIY, cooks, kids, sport etc. You will need time to look around as they have everything including the kitchen sink. AWESOME STORE - something for everyone.

Very friendly and helpful staff. A part of our sink was broken and they tried everything to fix it. They didn't even want extra money for their time invested and we're very happy with the solution they found for us.

Great shop.   Great atmosphere and extremely helpful staff.   If they don't have it they will endeavour to get it.  Excellent variety of goods as well as boat-charters into the sounds.

Always helpful staff and don't seem to be ridiculously overpriced despite being an independent, small town shop. You can get a huge range of gear here that you may have forgotten for the summer holidays.
