Replied to a SEEK advertisement about a potential job opening for a “reception for a Saturday’s only” with “No experience necessary”. I was like “ Yay! finally a job that I could express my interests further so I can “gain experience”. They called me a few days later only to miss their call as i was at work and left me a voicemail to call them back.So I did.I called them back 30 minutes later during my lunch and they said they would “call me back” as the lady who called me first said she “was in a meeting” and that they would call me back after the lady was done. Waited all afternoon for this “call”. Nothing. Only to find out through SEEK the next day that they changed the advertisement job from “no experience needed” to “experience necessary”. Which is totally fine with me that you need experience for working one day a week. But the fact that they beated around the bush by telling me they would “call me back” after giving me hope,already tells me a lot about a company. Oh well. First impressions tells a lot about giving opinions, and this was mine.

My husband comes from a dentist-fearing family but our experience at Boutique Dental Care has changed his perception of dentist visits! Dr Meng Quah-Shepherd is one of the most lovely dentists you will come across. She and her staff put you at ease each visit, with their high quality of care, reassuring and attentive bedside manner and comfortable and cheerful rooms. My kids (both under 10) have been going to her since they were toddlers/pre-schoolers and they have no reservations with going for their 6-monthly check-ups and cleans. The team makes it such a fun experience that they enjoy their visits. Dr Meng has a host of strategies and "games" that they play, such that kids are willing to cooperate and the process is a smooth one. Thank you Dr Meng and team. We definitely recommend Boutique Dental Care to other families!

As a relatively new patient to this practice I am very impressed with the high level of professionalism and care from everyone at this dental practice. Dr Meng takes the time to understand and explain any issues clearly so that I feel comfortable with any work undertaken. And, because she always has a happy smile and a relaxed manner the practice has a lovely feel to it. A definite 5 star recommendation.

Boutique Dental Care has very professional and a great way of looking after their patients! I've always been very happy with Dr Meng's work and I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a professionalism and outstanding services. She always meets my expectations, makes me feel very comfortable and she always smiling :)
