Simon was amazing every step of the way. From initial meeting where he was completely upfront about everything, explaining each different course my problem could take, right through to completion, communication was excellent and I highly recommend Simon if you have need for a Lawyer.
Simon Bourne spend 2 hours on re-note of my one page writing. Feels Simon Bourne is very young and not really fully understanding of commerce. I brought in the draft of form, said he can edit on it. however he insisted to do completely new notes by himself. Asked to move to Tim Bourne, was told need to go to their office to spend time to explain again. Finally he got letter and unfair dismissal form ready but need to charge one more hour cost to lodge, think of the time he spent, I paid two hours invoice and asked for ready letter and fine form, but only received his original hand writing and very rough notes, not even readable, very poor quality and time consuming service.
Tim helped me with a work cover case back in 2001. It was a rotten period in my period in my life as I was also made redundant whilst on work cover. There was nothing Tim could do to change this new law that allowed the Government to deny me my most basic right, the right to recover from an injury sustained at my place of employment. Tim represented me on the work cover side of my issue. Still to this day some 17 years later I have nothing but respect for Tim and I highly recommend Tim. Tim is what you want in a lawyer, a straight shooter and a lawyer who gets things done and tells you how it is. I met other lawyers, commissioners and even MP's and yet Tim was THE most honourable person I met through this emotional ordeal. I highly, highly recommend Tim and I have nothing but good memories and good feelings regarding dealing with Tim. Tim has and will always have my highest respect and I thank him for representing me.
