The rudest person I have ever dealt with this week and last. I always say “ hello”and “thank you”. The only words uttered by her were “do you want a receipt?” This person should NOT be anywhere near customers.
Very helpful & friendly staff. The gentleman who may be the manager or owner was really lovely, he restocked the connoisseur vanilla ice cream after l asked after it. Irish accent, hope l have it right.nWhenever I’ve been there particularly of late the staff have been great.nAppreciate the friendly service and the great array of products, which are not find in other supermarkets.nThank you
Always a pleasure to shop there. Pleasant staff, clean and well laid out. Quality products
I shop there out of convenience but it has most things at reasonable prices. The meat selection is great as well as the deli. The younger staff could learn some manners and stop talking to there friends and serve the customers quite a common experience but otherwise good parking.
I have been shopping at this supermarket since I was 9 and I’m now 48!!!nI’ve decided not to go there anymorenWhile the stock is ok it is a lot more expensive that Coles or WooliesnMost of the staff are lovelynBut the woman who works at the kiosk counternFrom the opening time is VERY rudennI feel like a criminal when served by hernWhat’s her problem?- doesn’t want to smile in case her face cracks?????nnI can remember the days when it was a SSW supermarketnAnd the wonderful staff like Betty and KayenThey were legends!!!!!nA lot of todays staff are a far cry from those two super ladiesnnSo goodbye Boundys IGAnno more visits from men
