I am very satisfied with my visit as always, the receptionist was polite and my pet Bobby was warmly greeted. The Vet was very professional and patiently listened to my explanation. He examed Bobby with great care and I fully understood his instructions what I need to do for Bobby when I go home. Highly recommend.
I had a very poor experience with this veterinary office, mostly due to the vet's poor communication and poor disclosure. In March 2022, my dog had a routine appointment with the vet to receive his annual shots. The appointment was confirmed as a standard appointment via phone. At no point did reception mention over the phone OR via email OR text that this would be any different to the previous years bringing my dog in. However, on the day that I showed up with my puppy, they told me that I was not permitted to enter the veterinary clinic, and that I was to leave my dog and pick him up later. I do not feel comfortable leaving my dog with a stranger and would NEVER had booked this appointment had this been made clear to me before. When I mentioned to the person that they had not told me this, they said they were sorry that they had forgotten to do so. They could've called and told me over the phone, or texted or emailed. Instead, they expected me to go and find this information I had no idea existed on some obscure spot on their website. A policy which they had never had before. This is extremely problematic, especially for pets who have anxiety. It is highly inappropriate to spring this information on people at the last moment. Provide the facts ahead of time so people can decide if they wish to use your services or not. We ended up taking our puppy to a different clinic which did allow me to be present. Then, today, 1 year later, I received a call from this clinic for an outstanding bill of $120 for "missing my appointment" last year. I did NOT miss the appointment, I was there and turned away. I did not wish to leave my dog there, as is my prerogative. And this clinic has no right to issue a bill after wasting my time for terms and conditions they did not specify prior to the appointment.
Dr Miriam was great, really helpful and gave me great information and answered all my questions. I left a lot calmer than I arrived and my cat is back to chillin on the couch after her general check up. Thank you!
Dr Carrie was lovely. Our cat does not like going to the vet at all and she made the whole experience very easy on all of us.
An absolutely lovely team and location. Staff are very caring and more than happy to provide advice and answers to any question you might have, especially for new pets or first-time owners.
First time visit as Marshall street vet was booked out. Same quality service at both sites - kind, considerate, compassionate and professional. Jasper was quite nervous as Boundary Road was a new environment for him, but he relaxed as soon as he heard Bryant's voice. Bryant was also the main reason Jasper finally relaxed when he visits the vet. Love these guys.
Very lovely experience from start to finish, was very patient with us and carefully listened to our concerns and provided lots of advice and options on how to improve our kitten’s situation!
Abysmal customer service by receptionist. A family member of mine had an appointment booked for her cat earlier this week, however our Grandmother fell extremely ill suddenly. Rang to cancel the appointment and explain our circumstances, she was told ‘if it happens again you will be charged a late cancellation fee’. This practice needs new employees based on the level of disrespect and carelessness we experienced. There are way better vets in the area, won’t be bothering with this one again.
Excellent caring Vet. I have been going here for years and years. They are kind, considerate, compassionate and professional. Bryant the main vet is awesome. There is parking out back behind the vet or some street parking.
