We had our first experience at bounce today for my 4 year olds birthday. He had the best time, it was good fun even for the adults. We want to mention how amazing Jaemin was, very bubbly and so good with my 4 year old. A great asset to your company. Will be back again! My son didnt use the rock walls as he was too small, but he wanted to put the harness on
The Mini bounce area is a great size for my 2yr olds to explore in. All the equipment has soft padding to protect the little ones from injuries and the area was clean and tidy. We had a fun time and will be back. Thanks Bounce!
Came on a Saturday, during school holidays with my daughter and 2 nephews. They had the best time, the staff were great involved, inclusive and just participated with all the kids, even joining in on dodge ball games. We stayed for 2 hours and that was plenty of time for them to be worn out. Great morning.
Visited for the first time today and instantly felt irritated walking into this place. It’s not pram friendly. Due to a party downstairs I wasn’t allowed to enter the gate and had to go upstairs but I had a pram and 2 other children under 5. I buzzed the bell for someone upstairs to come to me as the sign suggested but no one came, people kept pushing into me and the pram at the door. My 63 year old mother then went up stairs and fell up the stairs 3 times. After this I watched one other children come tumbling down the stairs. A stranger helped me get the pram up the stairs. Later to find out I had to go back down the stairs to watch my other children. This was such an expensive experience and I had barely any access it was a stressful experience . All prams should be allowed through the bottom gate to pay whether or not there is a party on. It’s such an unsafe idea and feels like the place was designed by someone who doesn’t have young children in prams. We also had to walk across the entire car park to get here too which was unsafe once again couldn’t find any pram parking spots. The staff were friendly but so young and inexperienced with extremely young children. They need more mature aged staff here. I have to admit though the site was very clean.
The staff are the worst attraction at bounce. I was told I can't sit on the wall if I can't wall walk to get up there. I told the 15 year old staff member that I did wall walk to get up and she told me I had to prove it.. if she had her eyes open instead of on the other team member she would have seen.
