This is the best hostel I have stayed at in Australia. It has everything you would be looking for from a hostel. Decent free wifi and enough plugs for everyone in the room. Good size lockers and lights by every bed. The hostel is kept very clean. There is plenty of space in common areas whether you are looking for somewhere to meet people and party or just relax and chill on your own. The staff are amazing and I made some life long friends among them both times I have stayed here. The events in the evening are very well done and organized. Could not recommend this hostel more!

AMAZING. Couldn’t rate this place highly enough. Came alone and felt immediately welcome. The staff and people staying at the hostel are brilliant, so friendly and help you with any issues. There are social nights the hostel run pretty much every night of the week that are so much fun. Made some great friends here and would say to anyone staying in Sydney if you are looking for a hostel, definitely chose bounce!!!

As soon as you get off of that stuffy plane or sweaty train, your automatic response is to dump your bags down and go to sleep. When I arrived at bounce I was immediately greeted by a lovely lady behind reception, Kerry had a beaming smile on her face and asked me how I was, it’s nice when you arrive somewhere completely new someone makes you feel like you’ve come home. All of the staff go the extra mile with everyone to make there stay the best as possible. I was even approached by the big boss Diego who said to me if I need anything during my stay let him know. I’m only here for a night, I already feel like I’m part of bounce family.

This is one of the best hostels I've been as a backpacker. Staff is amazing, the communal spaces are awesome and there are activities every night for all types of people. I'm definitely coming back here and I advice anyone that is thinking in coming here to look no further: this is the place to stay in Sydney

Booked a female 8 sleeper room with private bathroom. Staff were all friendly and check in was quick. Room was facing the entrance where there are construction going on. Bear in mind of the noise at 430am while they are at work. The crowd in the room are more of exchange students than tourist. Bathroom was outside the room but just opposite so didn’t have to go far. The public toilet was quite clean with 2 sinks, 2 shower area and 2 toilet for the entire floor. Only stayed for a night and didn’t get to enjoy the weekly activities. Overall it is very near The Central station and is a good place to stay for one night if you need to catch the train early the next day.
