A Great experience, well organized. Very clean and tidy venue. The staff were really helpful.
My son is 2 and a half and he loved being able to jump on all the trampolines. We will definitely go back to Bounce. I would highly recommend Bounce if you child loves to jump!
First time taking our 2yo daughter to Bounce and we had so much fun. The staff were fantastic and the facilities were amazing. We were in the junior jumper area and it was nice that the staff made sure the older kids trying to come in couldn’t so the little ones could safely bounce. Will definitely be going back.
Incredible day with the little fella with friendly staff friendly and vigilant with regards to safety. Little fella even had a 4hr nap post jump which most calming. Definitely be back!
Good fun. Kids enjoyed it. It's pleasant when they have the large roller doors open to the airport. It goves you a good view of the planes / choppers moving around.
So much fun for young and old alike. It was joyous to see my daughter and her friend have lots and lots of fun. The smiles on their dials were priceless...not to mention their red, rosy cheeks from all that jumping! The staff were great too. I highly recommend. We'll definitely be back - thank you
Your customer service team are extremely welcoming, helpful and informative. It was a great experience because your team are obviously well trained and enjoy their work. Well done Bounce for creating such a great workplace culture. Very impressed.
We attended a "play dates" session for small children and it was great! Soft play equipment on top of bouncing! 3 hours was ample time for the session to run, staff were friendly and it was only $10 per bouncer! We'll be returning for sure!
My grand children loved Bounce and I would not have any hesitation about bring them back and the staff were very helpful so keep up the good work.
