The owner is extremely rude and gave me dirty looks the whole time I was there but was nicer to other 'Australian customers'. Will not come here again. Don't come unless you want to feel uncomfortable and judged the whole time.

Not a true compounding chemist - expect to wait several days for your script to be filled and expect to pay a lot. Service, meanwhile, is poor. You may as well go to Chemist Warehouse a few hundred metres away in Bentley or the compounding chemist at the Park Centre in the nearby suburb of East Victoria Park.

Always friendly, fast personable service by staff that want to be there to give you the best possible advice. Flu shots, sick notes and medication compounding among the other services they can provide. Excellent Pharmacy, would recommend Botts Pharmacy to anyone near and far. Worth the drive
Great local pharmacy with knowledgeable and friendly staff. One big plus of this place is it opens till late for those late night medical needs. Highly recommended!
