I always have a fantastic experience at Botts Pharmacy. The team is professional, friendly, and always ready to help with expert advice. They go above and beyond to ensure customers receive the best service, whether it’s filling prescriptions quickly or providing guidance on medications. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and genuinely cares about the well-being of their customers. Highly recommend this pharmacy for their excellent service and dedication.
If you are after a compounded script, I strongly and I cannot emphasise the word strongly recommend you go somewhere else. They charge “ $20 deposit” Though no deposit was returned instead it was consumed into the cost of script. This script was an extra $20 on my regular prescription at my normal pharmacy from which I would be attending in future. I use this pharmacy as it was most convenient to me now I’m more happy to go a little further out of my way and have a better service where I can drop off my prescription and pick up my prescription on the same day occur within half an hour not wait 24 to 48 hours. The small printer on the massive sign of Albany Highway to let you know that compounded scripts with Exceptions and conditions.
Very polite and supportive staff. they compounded my prescription in same day. I am happy with their quick approch and very affordable price. One thing good about this pharmacy is they are open till 11 pm.
