Truly impressed with their service and foods. We've ordered Mughlai paratha, Beef seekh kebab and vhuna khichuri ! However , sadly Vhuna kichuri wasn't that good but Mughlai and Kebab's were superbly delicious! Certainly we'd visit again ..

Very amazing food, just make sure you order traditional Bengali food and it will make you feel like your in their home country! They have Indian curries on the menu not as good but still okay! Traditional Bengali food amazing
Went there for the first time for dinner at Eid day. All the food were old and kept frozen for a long time. The rice show the chunks and sogginess. Ordered bhuna khichuri and it was so bad and the hideous smell almost made me puke. Had to retun the dishes. Never going back for sure.
Worst bengali cuisine ever! Served me korma and pulao which is at least three days old when I asked the staff he said "It was from yesterday night". High price compare to other restaurant even 6.5$ biriyani taste far better than their food. I would not say anything about service cause staff did not show up after serving the food :.
We ordered the value deal which comes with rice,meat or fish curry and dal. The dal was so off that we started feeling really upset upon eating that instantly. After letting know the person in charge, we expected a partial refund/replacement or a minimal "sorry" but got nothing. This is not a sign of good service at all.
Hair in the kachi, they changed it saying not human hair apparently it was of the goat. Hair was present in the second plate as well. Beef rezala was in a sea of salt. Borhani was sweet. Not to mention waited quite a while for the meal. Never going back!
We used to come here regularly but will never again return. My fiancé has a nut allergy, which we told the waitress. Guess what? They still served us a dish with nuts in it. My fiancé had a mouthful and immediately told me he was reacting. When I asked the waitress if the food had nuts, she went back to the kitchen to ask! Then she returns and says, oh yes the fish has nuts. What!?!?
I'm being nice and generous to Bottola. Hope they will improve their quality of service and food. Unfortunately no plan to come back unless someone else is paying and there are no other choice.
Excellent authentic Bengali food . Friendly service . We had Kichudi with lamb, fish curry and Delicious spicy lassi
