Never ever will I shop in this store again. No customer service. I asked my daughters to pick me up some rum and cokes when they were in town. My eldest daughter who is 24 tried to make the purchase. She was accompanied by my 17 year old daughter who has been with me in this store many times in the past 10 years. Both were asked for ID which is ok with me. My youngest didn’t touch the alcohol and wasn’t near the counter at all during the quick rush in and out she was back from the counter as she knows the rules and never touched or approached any alcohol. Then my eldest was refused the sale. She had the smarts to tell the team member she would shop elsewhere if this was the case and walked out. I’ve contacted head office and filed a complaint. How do parents with children under 18 purchase from this store? Leave them outside? I don’t think so, I wouldn’t. This is discrimination and assumption plain and simple. What’s next?
The two younger men were quite helpful and patient however an older man who was working at the counter was rude and impatient. I would never want to be served again by someone who was so rude. His body language and the way he spoke to me and my family was disgusting. Given that it was the holiday season and we had just spent $500 in the store I would have expected much better customer service.
Great range of brands and products. Staff there are willing to make up carton lots from fridge if no floor cartons are available. The store is a little small but still manageable just leave your trolley near the counter for your security.

Rude as manager or someone who acts like a manager. This guy I have seen a few times when going there makes you feel like you are a hassle for your purchase, seen him talk down to women and tries to get out of giving bws issued specials. Poorly stacked shelves and tiny shop can’t move in store. After my last experience with this store I will be telling all my friends not to go there.
Rang today 5th October 10.00 am Public Holiday to ask if they would mind just seeing if the Pharmacy was open next door on behalf of a customer was told " Are you for real ? It's a Public holiday , why would they be open " ... I replied ... "well, we're open, you're open just thought the Pharmacy might be open " ... He laughed at me "Get real " .... not the best customer service ... in fact his rude attitude and tone was astounding ! Won't be recommending.
Need more choices not very well stocked prices not compedative bit pricey
Friendly staff, not alot of choice of beers but it's a small store so that's ok.
Great little bottle shop with easy access. Great service.
