Owner is aways miserable and rude. Expensive and dodgy transaction practices. Wouldn't recommend.

Extremely rude and arrogant. I looked under a sale tag to see the discount and he told me off for touching it, when I questioned his manner he said that people steal the tags and kept defending his rudeness. Don't give this business your money, he doesn't deserve it, go next door to Aldi

I love this place! The guy may be a bit gruff but if I ran a bottle shop in this area I wouldn't be gruff I would be homicidal! And when everyone else is closed he soldiers on! Thank the  Lord for this place.

I went in, with friends asian guy looked at us like criminal, very rude. Friend bought smiths original chips for me, not expecting to find chips best before 18 August and paid full price $2.70. WTF and O. My question is how is anyone dealing with his shocking customer service.

If you don't injure yourself walking in there you've done well. So messy and squashed  Amendment: They have now renovated and the store looks great and is much easier to negotiate.

Stocks a great range and new layout is much more flowing.  Owner is always up for a friendly chat too. Nice store

Fantastic bottle-o. Great prices and range. Have never run out of drinks since moving into the neighbourhood 8 years ago. They are even open on Christmas and New Years! Lucky me.

I found the man rude and  not helpful  was not wearing a  mask  and did not put one on  when servicing you would I go back that is a big no from me

Very rude and unhelpful...seems to have pre-conceived opinions, even when as customers we are polite. Only go there when there's no other option....Why? #judgemental #treatotherzasyoudliketobe #customerservice
