I ordered a medium bunch of flowers on a Saturday morning to be delivered that day. The family recipient had them by 11.30am and they were magnificent. Beautifully packaged and divinely arranged. Thank you so much for your wonderful service.

Flowers are stunning but every time I have entered the Hobart store over the years, I don't receive any assistance or even a smile. I am always made feel like I am a nuisance even if I am the only one in the store.  I now order online so that I don't have to go anywhere near the store. Customer service needs to be improved.

We were meant to write this a long long time ago......  Just wanted to say many thanks for all your help in late November 2015. My husband proposed, you and all your staff were all in on it and very accomodating. The flowers were amazing, custom order to suit me and they were an amazing backdrop to a beautiful moment.
