Had a great experience at the Melbourne Botanical Gardens today. I reserved a wheelchair in advance for my elderly mother, and it was ready for us when we arrived—free of charge, which was really appreciated. Pamela at reception was friendly and helpful, making everything smooth.nnWe also did the Explorer tour, which was well worth it. The male guide I’ve unfortunately forgotten his name was engaging, knowledgeable, and made the tour really enjoyable. They even provided blankets, which was a thoughtful touch on a chilly day.nThe gardens are beautiful, accessible, and easy to get around. Highly recommend for a relaxed, well-organised day out.
