French ToastnI absolutely love soft, fragrant bread. The rich milky flavor paired with cream and honey creates a perfect experience. I highly recommend adding a scoop of vanilla ice cream—it’s incredibly delicious when you dip the toast in it!nn Prawn & Chilli ScramblenThis spicy prawn scramble is a brunch staple. The sourdough bread underneath is soaked in all the juices, and having a bite of the scramble with the bread is pure satisfaction.nn Smoked Salmon ToastnThe combination of mayonnaise and smoked salmon is just perfect. The slightly salty and creamy sauce wraps around the salmon, and with the toast, it leaves a lingering aroma—definitely irresistible!nn Black Sesame LattenThe black sesame latte is so fragrant, and the latte art is beautiful! Is that a unicorn? The coffee itself is made with great care and is truly heartwarming.

@botaniccafetoorak This Hidden Cafe has a French provincial inspired interior and a unique brunch menu. The highlights are definitely the cute detailed latte art!! This beautiful brunch spot is an absolute must try when in the south east!nnWhat we ordered:n Salmon $39n Seafood Linguine $39n French Fries $10n Tiramisu Cake $10n Flat White $5n Black Sesame Latte $6.80nnHighly recommend ordering the salmon dish if you come here! I'll admit it is on the exxy side when it comes to brunch but it's totally worth the splurge if you're feeling a little boujee. The crispy skin salmon was cooked perfectly and it was served on a delicious bed of potato mash, spinach & saffron veloute. I meannnn does that sound good or what?!nnAnd if you're a non-coffee drinker like myself, these guys have you covered with a range of specialty lattes which is a big plus in my books hehe. I like that the black sesame wasn't too overpowering yet still had a nice nutty kick to it which was great.nnPS they have plenty of indoor & outdoor seating available so it's perfect for those brunch outings whether it be small or large.
Disappointing Service Despite a Beautiful SettingnnI visited this restaurant yesterday, and while the ambiance and setting were lovely, my experience was marred by the unprofessional behavior of one of the female staff members. We were seated outside and wanted to come inside to check out the croissants and cakes before placing our order. However, the waitress rudely insisted that she would take our order at the table, so we went back outside. When she eventually came over to take our order, she seemed visibly annoyed.nnLater, when we couldn't find the restroom, we asked her for directions. She casually pointed towards the mall without mentioning that a code was needed to access the restroom. Fortunately, a male staff member was kind enough to help us out, but this should have been communicated from the start.nnTo the female waitress, if you don't enjoy your job, you might want to consider a different line of work. Customers shouldn't have to bear the brunt of your bad mood. It's unfortunate that such a beautifully designed restaurant is overshadowed by poor service.
