It's not as manicured as other botanical gardens, and it hasn't got an abundance of different types of flora. One thing it does have, and that's a wonderful play area for young children. Love hearing their laughter and squeals of happiness when I go here.
Great place to pitstop enroute to the Otways or 12 Apostles, or spend a day picnicking and taking in the views with the family
The fruit bats are amazing!
Gorgeous gardens with a stunning view. Perfect for a day trip and a picnic. Plenty to do around including a huge playground, bird sanctuary walk and lake walk. Gardens are very well maintained and have plenty of picnic tables.
What a beautiful place, mature shady trees,with a lovely view across Lake Colac. Well worth a visit!
Great place for a stop with grandchildren on a road trip. Fantastic playground, toilet facilities, amongst the trees and grassed areas of the botanic gardens.
These gardens are fantastic. Worth having a walk around if you are in the area, if anything just to see the bat colony.
A very nice Botanical Gardens beside the lake with a great park and some shelter here and there. You can drive through the gardens and there is a few different spots to park.
