I've ridden the Bossi Summit titanium 'endurance' frame Ultegra derailleurs and cassette, Easton cranks and cockpit, Bossi carbon wheels for 2 years now, having ridden a carbon road bike for 10 years beforehand. James' knowledge, expertise and passion for great design, functionality and great value for money, is plain to see in this bike and I'm certain in all his bikes. The quality of the ride is amazing - which was much appreciated after the weekend's 7 hour ride! However, what I've appreciated most is his personal service to his customers, now that is worth a lot!
Amazing customer service, I went in to try out the Link and ended up falling in love with the Pilot after giving them both a test ride. James measured me up and I collected the bike a week later - I've ridden it at least twice a day since I got it, it's a beautiful looking bike, handles great and is an absolute joy to ride. If I ever have to buy another bike I'll be heading straight back to Bossi! Keep up the awesome work guys.

James Bossi created a very beautiful and special bike - the Strada SS. After the first 150 miles I‘m proud to have this bicycle in my collection. Starting with the order, the communication via email and finishing with the delivering the bike from Australia to Austria - everything has been perfectly organised by James Bossi and his team, espacially during the CoVid 19 pandemia!! What a bike. I have my Grit SX and it's awesome. Absolutely stunning to look at and sensational to ride. It climbs beautifully and kills gravel. I just got back from a three day tour and it made carrying a ton of gear a pleasure. Then there's the customer service. James wrote the book on this. Always a great help from the very first phone call and a pleasure to speak to. If you're considering a Bossi bike, stop thinking about it and just buy one, you will love it. Thanks for this cracker of a bike James.
I've had my Bossi Strada SS for a week now and I absolutely love it. I've had the privilege to own and ride a number of top end bikes and I have to say, the Stada SS is definitely my favourite bike. Its an awesome ride, very responsive, fast, great to handle and smooth as to ride. I'm definitely a Titanium fan now. The bike is a testimant to the level of detail and attention James and his team go to when putting together your ultimate bike. James and his team listened to exactly what I wanted out of a bike and designed and built accordingly. These guys had some great advice and pay attention to every detail.... They just get how to produce what you want. From my very first engagement with James, until the bike came, was very good. I would certainly buy from BOSSI again and I recommend you give them a go as they are setting a very high standard of customer engagement and quality of bike. Awesome bikes, outstanding service and attention to detail. James genuinely cares about customer satisfaction and has incredible knowledge about bike geometry and fit. He is passionate about his products and design. This combination is not easy to find. Make sure Bossi is on your list of options. You won't be disappointed!
