***Thankyou Boss Brown for replying to my review, thanks for the offer but no need to refund the food I just wanted to leave some constructive feedback I will be in for lunch again this week! I would have given you guys a 5 star as your cafe is stunning, your food is beautiful, coffee is great but the portion sizes are so Inconsistent! I had a club sandwich on my first visit a while ago and it was huge, plenty of hot bacon and chicken and lovely fresh salad and served in a tray with a paper bag so I could take back to work - perfect! Friday Couple of weeks after I ordered the same and it was tiny in comparison, hardly any chicken which was cold out the fridge, and wrapped in paper and just wasn't as nice. Monday The eggs on toast could be a bigger portion too, 1 piece of Turkish bread and an extra $4 for 1 piece of bacon, I would have expected 2 pieces really, and $2 for 4 cherry tomatoes seems a little expensive. Your food is beautiful there's no doubt about that, and the girls are always soooo friendly just wish the serving sizes on certain things were more generous for what I paid $18 for 2 eggs on 1 piece of toast with 1 piece of bacon and 4 cherry tomatoes
I hate to do this, I hate to be that person that leaves the bad review because I actually really don't do this. But I'm really disappointed. My husband has talked about your business for a while now. I had built up excitement to come and check out the good food. Unfortunately your front house staff let your down and I won't be bothering to come back. The interior is lovely, The exterior is quirky And the food might even be amazing. But the staff were rude gave no eye contact while I stood at the counter and they chatted about learning Spanish and talking to each other. I was ignored by three women and eventually when I was asked what I wanted, I got a short "sorry" with a half smirk. Customer service makes and breaks businesses in my opinion. I understand busy ness, but that is the aim of a successful work place. You should be able to do both. I'm really sad because it did sound and look good. But the customer service left for wanting. Hope you continue to have success and maybe employ some friendlier and better qualified staff for your own sake. Regards
Only purchased a coffee and smoothie. Both were good. Can't comment on their food unfortunately though it did look good. The early opening times are fantastic!!Service: 4/5
Waited half an hour for our food while they handed out the same food order to customers that came after us. Went to ask if our order was going to arrive soon only to find out that there was a mix up and we would have to wait for the next batch. Finally got food, no apology for the stuff up. Won't be back.
I know the plant shop has moved, but please fill the shop with plants again! That was my favourite thing. A very calming way to start the day.Food: 5/5
Very nice place with lots of beautiful plants. Very good food and coffee. Friendly staff. I never seem a cafe this good in a industrial area before. Well done.
Wow not good, the girl’s whispering comments about a customer that’s another young girl, making her feel completely uncomfortable. Absolutely horrible place, I would not waste 1 dollar there after seeing that. Poor effort guys.
Great food, quick service, very busy with local tradies and business people. Vegetarian options: Great to have several options available Parking: 5 or more spots. Wheelchair accessibility: Step from carpark at front and tight fit.go around the side on the small brick pavement and enter that way. Limited manoeuvrability inside.
Food is fantastic and a good portion, coffee is perfect and the staff and super friendly. Highly recommend.
