Do not go here! My partner came in to get her nails done. They told her she could get chrome nails, but after painting the nails they botched them as they didn't actually know how to do it. After uneven, streaky ugly nails with cuts on her finger she left unhappy and charged $80! Awful service.

I booked my daughter and friend in for a couple of manis. Silly me, it was just before Christmas and the place was crazy busy but what i got was a slap on paint job that my 9 y/o could have done herself. Definitely not a salon if you are wanting an experience. Won't be going back.... Needless to say what was an an outing they were really looking forward to was highly disappointing.Service: Manicure

2 of my nails were chipped within hours of having SNS. When I returned the following business day and politely asked to have them repaired I was treated so poorly I will never return. Customer service and quality of work is non existent.Service: Dip powder

Just visited to get my nails done. I am pretty disappointed with the service. I was barely acknowledged. The technician made me bleed. I sent through my design prior when I booked and I had to remind the technician and it still wasn’t what I wanted. My left hand looks fine but my right hand is all uneven and the shellac is lumpy and transparent. My nails are also extremely sharp as they weren’t filed down. I would have raised my concerns but I felt like I was pushed out the door. I will not be returning here in the future. My nails are extremely sore now

I have always come to this salon even when it's gone through management and ownership changes. The staff are more and more unskilled and rushed in what they do. I have had to many cuts and terrible quality nails. The worst experience was when i got a terrible cut which ended up infected. I messaged the salon to get the phone number of the owner but was given several excuses and no call from the owner. Please go somewhere else as you will be on antibiotics for 2 weeks.Services: Manicure

Absolutely the worst nail salon ever, got my nails done and was a disgrace, uneven, super thick. The non English speaking Vietnamese women raced so fast on my nails and had to wait till she came back from break to fix my nails. Never again. They used the excuse my nails round/curved so hard to do, yeah right just lazy. And all the women working their talking Vietnamese around you making you feel uncomfortable. Don’t waste your $$ here. My nails are ruined! Also was told I’m pedantic about my nails, um NO just do it properly!

Second time I went back, should have listened to my gut instinct. I got SNS first time nails were uneven. Second time the lady tryed to butcher one of my nails with a knife ended up taking some of my own to nail off. Would I recommend. No. Unless your want further nail damage.Service: Manicure

I have visited Boronia Nail Lounge on two occasions, both for removal of SNS applied at a different location. The only reason I am upping this review from 1 star to 2, is because the first experience went smoothly. The second time, however, was an absolute disaster. The “technician” attempted to remove my SNS with tips by literally stabbing at it with a unused full length tip. She did this until I actually yelped out loud in pain, to which her reaction was one of confusion. If I wanted to injure myself and massacre my nails I would have done this at home, free of charge. She finally decided to soak my nails off but failed to properly file off the old glue, leaving me with lumpy, brittle and disfigured nails. Never again.Service: Manicure
