We purchased a farm through Dave at Border Real Estate 12months ago. He was great to deal with, he followed up info when we needed it and was always happy to take our call. Friendly and professional.

We call him Dirty Dave. He will do the dirty on you!! Worst real estate agent ever. Untrustworthy, liar. We were left in debt after going through David to purchase our home. We’d made an offer, accepted, borrowed money for a deposit, put our place on the market only to be told he had another buyer who happened to be a friend who had offered more while we were about to sign contract!! He left us in a terrible position. No apology, just moved on. A family man himself, couldn’t care less about anyone else’s family or position he leaves them in. Never ever use this agent!!

I highly recommend David at Border Real Estate. David has sold two farms for our family. His valuer background and farm knowledge made the choice easy. His professional and open approach made the process effortless with great results both times.
