Extremely rude, totally inflexible and their Australian call centers make the Mumbai ones at other banks & services seem like 1st class. They have this typical Aussie attitude of blaming the customer for all their internal mismanagement and unless you fit in with them you can literally take a hike. I closed all my business accounts there a while ago and went back to one of the big banks and this particular branch is one of the worst, the managers have an absolutely applauding attitude and the staff turnover is horrific. As much as it hurts me to say, your better off with one of the big banks if your a business customer, these guys are only set up for small ma & pa customers who have the time and patience to deal with them to get a slightly better rate. Their advertising says "lean to love a bank", I learned to hate this one, especially the South Yarra Branch!
