Concur with other comments re poor service and staff indifference to customers. Went to BOQ Alex Hills in response to advertising campaign for personal loans. Never felt welcome and ongoing communications extremely poor, left messages with staff that never seem to make it to manager. Her excuse was "we were short staffed yesterday and I was answering phones and working as a teller all day". Not good enough Franchise owners and BOQ!

100% agree with Amy Thomson. Don't deserve 1 star rating. Extremely unhelpful, couldn't careless attitude. Don't bank there, they don't deserve your custom.

After being a loyal customer for over 6 years - i was left to choice but to take my business elsewhere. Don't waste your time dealing with the "Manager" of this branch. Kirsty is disrespectful and for someone who is in a management role she is lacking serious customer service skills and i pity anyone else who has to go through the same thing i did when dealing with the front line of BOQ Alexandra Hills.
