This has to be the most appalling experience at a Boost store to date. The employees lack customer service skills and display an overall poor attitude towards customers. I went to this store with my toddler and ordered an original smoothie, without ice. I was told that this would mean the quantity would be considerably less so I asked if I could have it replaced with frozen yoghurt at which I was told this would incur a further charge. Seeing as the price for a smoothie was already costing me $8.40, I opted out of paying the additional charge. As the employee was making the smoothie, I requested for a small amount to be placed in a small cup so that I could give it to my toddler who doesn't exactly like to share if I were to give her the original size. Once again I was told that this would incur a further $1.30 for the additional cup. Surprised at this absurdity, as I've purchased many smoothies from Boost throughout the years, even being an employee myself during my university years, I could not fathom the money-grabbing attitude of this particular franchisee. I've never once been told that this would "cost extra" as the heavy blonde employee mentioned repeatedly. I rarely, if ever, leave negative reviews, however this experience compelled me to mention the above as based on the other reviews, it appears that little is being done to address this issue regarding their staff. This experience has left a poor impression and I do not intend to return in future.
The location is nice and the juice drinks are always perfect, especially during the summertime.
Very bad customer service, was 15 minutes in closing, I ordered a watermelon juice and the staff did not even bothered to take out more watermelon from the freezer, the juice had more water then fruit, if it was close time the should have refused to take an order before serving. Management need to attention.

Very bad behaviour of the boy working here. After the service he was also looking so arrogant beacuse we demanded for the full glass which we have paid. the boy should be removed from this store
Very Rude staff. Pay for large drink and get half glass. Ask why is empty then said you have to pay $1.5 extra in very very aggressive manner. Worst experience.
What happened to the white proten ball taste.. used to be my favorites.. either recipe has changed or nor prepared right. Completely tasted off.
The juices are always the same at every store I have visited but I was pleasantly surprised by the service and friendly chat at the counter. Keep up the good work
Super rude lady the boss. My friend asked a simple of question, for a second straw, in a nice tone but the lady responded very rudely for no good reason with absolute attitude. We went back and she apologised but you guys should seriously work on your attitudes and if you are having a bad day, don’t bring it to work. You have plenty of reviews talking about your bad attitudes, work on it.
Since sales were low for they day, they were closing up early, hence they were only doing basic smoothies, it was still about an hour before closing time so I asked the staff working if they could make me a protein supreme still since I had just finished gym. The man working was kind enough to unpack and repack almost everything just to make me that one drink and I must say it was delicious!
