I am a regular Boost customer, I always take the same thing - protein supreme. I do not know what did I get this time but I do know that I got way too much water/ice in my smoothie. Customer service was great but the actual smoothie never again.

Bad news first. 4-5 staff working and they were all talking amongst themselves and didn’t notice me waiting patiently at the counter. I wasn't stood there very long but I could have been served a lot quicker if they wrapped up their conversation. The boy who served me just looked like he hates what he does. When he finally saw me standing he sighed, rolled his eyes and made his way over to me. I explained to him beforehand that I will be paying cash so he proceeds to shout over to another staff member about missing change. Completely unprofessional. I didn’t catch his name but he is tall, thin and wears glasses. I sat over at the tables having my drink, waiting for my flight, and decided to watch him serve other customers. He doesn’t smile, ask how days are going or make eye contact. Like I said, he just looks like he hates it there. Good news! Drink was nice.

Smoothie was good and what I asked for. They really need more staff at the kiosk though…. I waited approx 10min today for my smoothie that I ordered through the self serve, and it seemed there were only 3 or 4 people working. Not enough people on to pump out the insane amount of orders being placed.

Too busy talking amongst themselves to notice customers. My order didn’t process via the self order platform, waited ten minutes and then requested a refund. Several disgruntled customers waiting and watching the social chattering behind the counter. Went to the boost opposite gate 2 domestic and was served promptly and the juice was delicious. Just an unfortunate staff mis at the first store.

I was impressed by the icy cold mango magic I enjoyed pre boarding a flight. It really got me in the mood to land in the sunny gold coast!

Bought a banana smoothie. Paid $10.30. Worst boost juice I have ever had. WAY too much much ice. Just tasted like water ! Truly awful! Complete rip off.

One of the drinks I purchased had a blended up hair in it and simply wasn't drinkable - unless you enjoy the feeling of hair in your food. Had to be thrown in the bin. Complained to Boost Juice request 1048518 didn't even get offered a replacement - shows how much they care about their customers

Quiet time of the day, one person behind the counter on her phone. I say hello with a smile ,she literally rolled her eyes when she saw me. Unfortunately I didn’t feel like ordering anything from then on.

Very disappointed, ordered the original size but only received 3/4 cup.
