Honestly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. From a shed that was meant to be complete months ago and still waiting. We have had every excuse, from it’s too wet, to it’s too windy I understand weather happens but we have had plenty of dry days/weeks and only 3 days of wind to we can’t organise a builder. Quotes that were increased by thousands of dollars at invoice time because they “forgot” a component of the quote. The shed kit was put in the wrong spot at delivery and now are being told if we want it erected we need to organise to have it moved due to the soft ground because of the rain. On top of all of this, we have been consistently chasing updates and calling for dates of construction with no contact from Boonah sheds unless we initiate contact. Incredibly poor form & wishing we had made a different decision from the start.
Nice shed nice people . but don't use the excavator guy they recommend noel giebel he is oh so slow takes too long to do simpl9jobs either incompetent on machines or trying to build up the costs but you may pay $1500 instead of $400 so yes boonah sheds are good not their excavator guy. Have heard about him being slow from others also
So happy with our new shed, these guys went above and beyond with their customer service, they answered all of our questions, delivered a competitive price and then the quality of the build was even better again. We are super happy with the finished product as well as the aftercare service too. These guys know what customer service is!
