Dymocks at Hyde Park is a lovely store that is well set out in the small space the store occupies. The atmosphere is almost magical she the lovely staff will point you in the direction of your next read. A quiet space to browse although the store is on a busy street. Remember if buying a gift to let staff know as they will give a 60 day return voucher to the store for the recipient.

Excellent service by Andrew. Didn't have book I was seeking in Stock, but accessed other stores to give me options as well as offer to order in. Appreciated his attention to my needs

They didn’t have any interesting books and what was said to be in stock was not would recommend dillons nor ward instead they have much politer staff and an accurate website with a larger range. At dymocks the staff were rude and the range was minimal I would thoroughly think over coming here

Always very helpful staff at all Dymocks stores. Had to return a purchase today from this morning and Andrew at King William St was very professional and helpful with the refund. Also such a wonderful store to browse for your titles you maybe looking for and to find new ones.

I rang to ask if they had a book I was looking for and they did, which they graciously held for me.  Parking was a pain but it is a great store with some really nice books. I even found an extra book I didn't know I needed  $88 dollars later and now a member of the booklovers club, I'll surely be back! Friendly service and would recommend to all book lovers.

Got some great new books. They didn't have everything I wanted in stock, but I was able to order the other books today.

Shout out to Nadine at Dymocks Hyde Park, she is the most amazing worker I’ve ever had the pleasure of encountering. She went out of her way to find a book for me, ordered it in and even dropped it at my house. She was extremely kind and helpful. I couldn’t thank her enough. Such a beautiful lady and her passion and dedication to her work is inspiring!!

Went over to get a book for my daughter. Was asked to pre-order it. Only to get the actual book a months later. Staff was patience enough to answer my queries tho. They also assisted to msg me once the book arrived. They told me tt there was a delay on the publisher's side of shipment.

The staff are wonderful and warm, they love to talk books and always happy to help you when you have a question. They will always go above and beyond to help you find the book you want!
