I recently attended the nursery. The staff member I spoke to was more than happy to put aside what he was working on answer questions and show me to plants that would suit me as a beginner. I originally went there to make a purchase and leave but ended up spending a couple of hours just looking at the varieties they have.
I can't recommend this nursery more highly. They have a beautiful collection of trees but mostly I was impressed by the friendly and helpful staff. Thank you Tian apologies if the spelling is wrong, I appreciate you taking the time to help me select the perfect tree for my wife and all of the advice to pot and care for it. Looking forward to coming back!

John was very knowledgeable and helpful will definitely coming back.nnPros of the place:n-One of the biggest Bonsai nursery if not the biggest Bonsai nursery in Victoria.n-Large variety of Bonsai trees to choose from.n-Again John who is looking after the Farm is absolutely helpful and very approachable person.
Wonderful online service. I purchased a ficus which turned up within a couple of days to a Sydney address packaged like nothing was ever going to destroy it.nIt was the most beautiful tree and thinking I was sent the best one. Thank you so much could not say enough about your product or service.
