A lot of reviews for gyms and yoga studios say they offer a welcoming space, but Bonfire Aspley is actually the first time I have experienced this. Right from the beginning, and consistently across all staff and teachers I have felt welcome and safe. The studio is clean, and beautiful, and there are lots of different classes to choose from. I've finally found my happy place! Thank you
Instructors are great. I walked in, not knowing anyone and was welcomed, looked after and encouraged. I loved it so much, I've been back 3 times in 2 weeks. Great workout at my own pace! Highly recommended.
I can’t remember how long I have been going to Bonfire Chiropractics. Dr Kent is excellent as well as Jacinda and Dr Matt. The fact that I have been going there for so long is testament to the care I have been given. I have also practiced Yoga at Bonfire as well - love Hot Yoga and will be back in the room this year. Dr Aaron, Brent and team are all awesome. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
I have tried hot yoga on and off for a few years at different studio's, I recently joined Bonfire Yoga at Aspley and started with a 10 class pass. I have found the facilities, instructors and other guests brilliant. I won't lie I do have a love hate relationship with hot yoga as I hate the heat but I love the feeling of being calm and zen after class. I enjoyed my 10 classes so much hubby brought me the year pass for xmas. Thank you to the team for making hot yoga so enjoyable and rewarding.
When I started practicing this yoga I wasn't in a good head space. Regardless of how I was feeling prior, I'd always leave the the studio feeling more spacious, calm and grateful. The studio and the people in it really helped me through a tough time and I'll always be grateful for that! After a year of regular practice I became a teacher and in the last 7 years I've shared what really helped me with thousands of people! Would love to see you in class sometime and maybe hear your own yoga story!
Was super apprehensive about seeing a chiro but had tried everything else. Been seeing Kent for a few weeks and already notice a difference to my posture and tension. To note the people at reception are ridiculously nice and helpful, a joy of every Tuesday and Thursday. Next I may even try yoga…watch out.
Great place to unwind for our bodies & mind. The teachers are passionate with knowledge. The heat is something special, it helps muscle to relax more. It's my happy place!
Kent, Jacinda, Matt and the team at Bonfire Aspley chiro are amazing. They are extremely friendly and always welcoming. I was having back pain most of the time and having regular chiro adjustments here has really helped with my pain and improved my quality of life. There is not usually much waiting and adjustments are done very efficiently. I am able to come in for extra adjustments if needed and I have yearly check ups and x-rays to ensure progress is going well.
I had practised at Bonfire Aspley for a couple of years before leaving to move to the other side of town. I tried a few other studios, but nothing really felt as comfortable as I did when I was practising at Bonfire Aspley. Now after a 2 year break I'm back, and walking through the door was like greeting an old friend. Brent and the team make you feel right at home, and have a teaching style that will push you but you won't realise because of all the fun you are having. It's my Yoga home
I love coming to Bonfire Yoga! Such a pleasant and friendly atmosphere as soon as you walk in. I am usually greeted by Brent who is just so full of energy and kindness and he pumps you up for an amazing class! I love his Be Energy classes, they always make my days even better! I also see Matt for Chiro and he is just lovely. 10 out of 10 recommend this place!
