I have always loved this market where you can find amazing fresh food at a very affordable price. Especially the recent Spanish stalls with paella, tortillas and an amazing Gazpacho... my favourite ones!!!
Farmers Market is a must visit place for me, never miss Saturday’s in Le Sherpa,Kathmandu. So a well spent day here. Loved the special place for dog parking- first time I have seen… must introduce in Le Sherpa tooGrand collection of cut flowers - wanted to buy practically all. Sam & Phil Dominello… what an array of collection. Finally saw & met a Nepali student from Baluwatar, Kathmandu, Nepal. Gave her 100$ as pocket money & advised her to study hard & BE SMARTThen found a popsicles stall- Jesse .. a young boy 10-11 year old saying please buy haven’t sold any.. sweetly he said but 1-2& buy 3 -5$ discount. Gave him my visiting card & told him grow up & visit NEPAL.. free lodging & fooding in my place ..& gave 15$ tip.
If you're in the area on a weekend, this is a nice place to just pop by and have a look, since it's right across from Bondi Beach. It's a cozy little farmers market, that has grown in size quite a bit over the years. Nothing much for myself, but good to strike up some conversations with the stall owners there or grab some quick bites.nnNot really a place that I'd bring my kids though. It can get a little too crowded to be managing kids at the same time.
So fun, great selection of jewellery, trinkets, clothes, decor and food. A lot of the same shops also go to Paddington Market on Saturday. Still a great experience.
I came across this delightful farmers market the day before City2Surf. Loved the dog ‘parking’nareas front and back. Lots of fresh and interesting produce and if I lived in the area I could spend a fortune. I did buy a pre packed vegetable pho for dinner- delicious! But beware the . The home made Japanese miso looked great. Lots of sour dough bread and interesting fresh juices. Beautiful fresh flowers4.5
