It has been the worst experience at a train station since I have been disabled. On 22/05/2024 around 7:30pm I was in a wheelchair and needed to take the train using a ramp, the Indian-looking employee on platform 2 I think his name was Mohamed was totally rude and disrespectful when dealing with me and my father. He preferred to stay arguing with another passenger and made me wait almost 40 minutes to take the third train after the one I was waiting for just because he didn't want to help me. He literally told me that he didn't care about my case and that if I wanted to leave quickly I could get on by myself and instead I had to wait half an hour until he deigned to help me because he had more important things to do even though the driver of the train was kindly waiting for me. Another employee of the platform offered to help me and apologized for the incident.
Bondi Junction railway station is located on the Eastern Suburbs line, serving the Sydney suburb of Bondi Junction. It is served by Sydney Trains T4 Eastern Suburbs & Illawarra Line services and NSW TrainLink South Coast Line services. Access to famous Bondi and Coogee beaches using bus service from terminal.
Bondi junction station is really well organised for mass transit which is convenient seeing as in peak times, the line for buses can be 50 people long if not more. Of course, the obligatory Mcdonalds has staked their claim onsite which is great for McHunger and for McLoveHandles but who can resist a quarter pound of hugs in a bun. Not me!
Visited in 2014 and 2017!nnEverything and really over the top shoppingnmadness!nnWhatever your after, you’ll find it here!nnVery central from my brothers home and business, just down BRONTE road!nnVisited daily during my 2 excursions here andnInside and out very iconic! the towers dominatenthis skyline and are the prominent feature ofnthis massive mall!nnBeing a shopping lover no need to go elsewhere!
Great station. Easy to get around. Quite busy.
