AVOID AT ALL COST!! The hype is for nothing. Went in about a month ago with my partner to get tattoos. The guy who did our tattoos was not friendly at all and was rough when doing the tattoos. They use the old tattoo guns which makes the pain of a tattoo worse but we both have never felt pain like we did when getting these tattoos. My partners tattoo was bleeding for 15 minutes after we left Bondi Ink and we had to go and buy a new bandage to cover it with as we were spending the day in the city and it was filled with blood which was also leaking out of the bandage. My tattoo which I got done 4 weeks ago is still scabby and the ink has now smudged. We messaged Bondi Ink only to be told “people heal at different rates”, which is understandable but I have had many tattoos before and none of them have taken over 1-2 weeks to heal! My friend who recently went to get a tattoo here, the line work looks like it was drawn by a 4 year old and the dots do not align with each other which is disappointing considering it was her first tattoo and was looking forward to it. Bondi Ink is not worth the money or the time!!!

I get piercied two weeks ago. And the girl who did the piercing was just really rude. All the staff was nice but her... she was just cold and unfriendly. She didn't even talk to me once. She just did a ligne and without any warning the needle was in my ear. Really cold and rude. I don't recommend this girl for a piercing.

I went in to get a tattoo by their apprentice. The shop was clean, music was pumping artists were lovely.  Josh who greeted me and came by a few times was a darling. Very happy with my tattoo. Will definitely be going back!

Had such a good experience at Bondi Ink. I didn’t have an appointment so my friend and I just walked in, showed the lady at the front desk what we wanted and she got it all sorted for us, and we only had to wait 15 minutes. The artist Chris was great, he was professional, easy going, easy to talk to and made sure the tattoo was going to look perfect. There was such a good vibe and atmosphere in there. I went twice to this place, after living years in Bondi, and definitely the two times I entered that place, I received the worst customer service experience ever. I simply wanted to change my piercing in my neck that I now have had for 10y. YES it was red, SIMPLY because I took it off myself in the morning to clean it. Such a hard one to remove and placed back. Anyway I realised that I had the same one since the first time I got it pierced. So I simply went there to get a new head. The piercing girl was simply THE RUDEST! She warned me in a very rude way, that I could rejected it. I was trying to explain to her that it was red, not because it was infected, but simply because I took it off in the morning to clean it. Of course my skin was upset…but my piercing is fine and never gets red. She would not listen! Then as she took the boxes of piercing to find the right one for me, she was rudely throwing the boxes away being angry. You have no concept whatsoever on how to care and respect your clients. Lucky this guy at the reception was nice, maybe worth training your staff how to be nice and respectful.

I was not happy with our service from the piercer who works at Bondi Ink. My friend was not confident enough to write this review, so I will do it for her. We went in to get some piercings and my friend wanted her second ear lobes pierced. Once they were done, we paid as normal but as we arrived home we noticed the piercings were not even. One piercing sat higher than the other and was ridiculously noticeable. We went back to Bondi Ink to politely talk to the piercer and she responded with "what do you want me to do" as if it was our fault. She continued to give us a few options which was nice but didn't apologise for the mishap. We were told she could re-pierce one of the ears to fix it and told us she would come back in a few minutes after we had decided what to do, but instead of coming back to help us out, she began tattooing someone else and ignored us whilst we were contemplating our decision for another 10 mins. As customers, we felt quite 'shoved to the side' quite literally, and felt as if our needs were not their priority. This was our first and last encounter with Bondi Ink.
