Fantastic views, iconic pool, had a great day. Change rooms are nice, maybe a little small for the amount of people.nnGood food at the cafe and people don't stay long so got a table fairly quickly.nnWhat could be better:nI think the black floored area could be changed as it's impossible to sit on- way to hot!
One of the best experiences of my life.nnBut it does involve braving the unheated water for that first minute of adjusting, public showers and towels, and nowhere on-site to purchase sunscreen if you run out. Yet that all made me almost like it more. Feels like a local spot just as much if not more than a tourist destination.
Absolutely gorgeous view and the food was amazing, except for the tacos which had cold cooked prawns. Otherwise a great experience for any visitor.
Staff were so disinterested in providing any level of service and exuded attitude especially from staff behind the bar where you were made to feel like you were interrupting their personal time when ordering a drink. I had a friend from overseas with me and it was embarrassing how poor the service and attitude was for such an iconic Australian location. Lucky the view was good as it doesn’t have much else.
