Every six months local and international graffiti artists may apply for a spot on one of the most prominent graffiti canvasses in the world - the Bondi Beach Graffiti Wall.

Can Someone explain the meaning of the mural of armed soldiers. I would think something more uplifting in a beautiful place like Bondi would of been more appropriate.
