We were a huge group 9 families - 34 people who decided to have our dinner at Bombay Kitchen during our trip to Cairns. Choosing this place was definitely one of the best things we did at Cairns. We got a custom made buffet menu for the group and the food was delicious. The place is also well maintained. The staff are very friendly and the food serving is generous. If you are in Cairns, you should visit this place.
The food was lovely and staff was great. They greeted everybody with beautiful smile which was the beat part I feel. Usually it’s hard to get good people and staff in the hospitality but I found everybody was doing a great job while proving great food and service. Will come back with more people

Loved the food here so much that we went twice during a 3-day visit to Cairns! Everything was fabulous, with generous portions, and the staff are so kind and welcoming. Our only regret was that we couldn’t go back another time before our flight home, but I’ll be dreaming of their butter chicken!!
I picked the Bombay Kitchen on a whim for a lunch with my son. We were both so impressed by the food and staff! The servings were generous and the waitresses were attentive and friendly. They made great suggestions for the food. The food was absolutely delicious!! The decor and atmosphere were spot on. Fancy but not stifling.
There's reasons we keep coming back. The food is so flavourful and caters for a range of tastes. I prefer the kadhi paneer and my husband likes a little more heat with the Butter chicken. Perfectly prepared accompaniments, and the best mango lassi I've ever had, served by attentive but unobtrusive staff. A couple having a special occasion meal, and a small group for more casual dining seem equally at home in the relaxed atmosphere.
I love good indian cuisine. This was amazing. I could not suggest a better restuarant it even beat a fav of mine sorry umesh. The freshness of the cook and the quality of meat and sauces where phenomenal. This a must visit , beautiful owners and it has captured my heart and taste buds
Visited here from the US 2years ago and had this memory of how unbelievably delicious the food is and now on another visit to Cairns a friend and I stopped by. The quality hasn't changed, the food here is simply amazing. Had the lamb korma and the kadhi paneer. Both excellent.
Oh my god this place is heavenly! Literally the best Indian place in Cairns. My friends and I come here all the time, and the food wows us every time. Their best item has to definitely be the cheese and garlic naan. We ordered 2 portions but it was so good we ordered 3 more haha. The curries are authentic and the staff are so sweet, definitely recommend.
This place is awesome. I love reading the reviews posted on Google this place rated fairly well and I can see why. Food was fabulous and you can order from your table which is fun as well. Be careful hower, when you order through the waitstaff they explain the meals and sizes of the meals. When you order by yourself, you can order a meal that is designed for two and have to eat it yourself. Ohh well, pleasant mistake which I enjoyed thoroughly. Lol The Paneer Chili was the entrees in question, every mouthful was a culinary adventure into flavour heaven. Generous serving sizes all round. Ohh... and the Cheese and Spinach Naan will blow your mind. Highly recommended Bombay kitchen
