I wanted to get my brows fixed for my upcoming wedding. I found this place and read the reviews and thought would give it a go, gorgeous studio and staff are so lovely and welcoming! I am on their brow growing program now. They already look great after 2 visits, can't wait to see the final result. They are experts. I am even thinking of them for my bridal makeup!
Been coming here for some time now and it’s my absolute favourite brow bar in Sydney. They always perfect the shape of my brows and give them a natural laminated look. I highly recommend everyone to go. It’s definitely worth it!
I was asked by the lovely Roslyn today to leave her a review and I can't believe I hadn't done it sooner! Been coming here for months and would not go anywhere else. Booking system can be a bit tricky to navigate from time to time, but I find it easy to book when Roslyn is working. I have been growing out my brows after a waxing hack job a few years ago, Roslyn has been patiently helping me to get them nice and thick again. I am so happy! I am glad I was asked today to give a review as I am genuinely thrilled with my brows. Love Love them!
I am new to town and was looking for a place to get my eyebrows done. I did my research and decided to try Bombay Bar because of the overall good reviews. Some things to note: - You need an appointment. I walked in and the store was empty and the lady still made me go online and schedule an appointment. The building had horrible service so this took about 10 minutes. The website was not user friendly, and the technician kept instructing me to use the live chat on the website. It was truly just wasting my time. - The pricing is tiered. There is beginner, intermediate, and advanced technicians. The lady told me to pay schedule the intermediate eyebrow appointment, which was more expensive. I listened because I figured she was going to do a good job on them - The lady told me she couldn't cut or shape my eyebrows because she wasn't licensed to do so. Essentially is was a quick appointment just for a clean up. She was very nice and asked me how I liked them, but they were not as good as I would have liked them to be. Since she couldn't cut or shape them, I told her they were fine. They are very nice!! But if you've never been here, I would try a different spot.
I just found this exceptional threading company online. When I visited their website, it is so full of varieties, information about brow services and more, giving you the right information that will surely satisfy your needs and so many offers I want to try! Their booking system is very easy to use and they also have information about each services to help you with booking. Their booking times are also very flexible having many available times not to mention the affordable prices I am so glad I found Bombay Brow Bar company! I highly recommend booking with them
The customer service I received was amazing! I felt so welcome from the moment I stepped foot into the establishment. Everyone was smiling and happy, it was really heart warming for someone who suffers anxiety in new situations. The prices are very fair and you defiantly get what you pay for + more. I’m soo happy with the outcome of my brows AND the overall experience. I’d also like to point out how easy the booking process was! I have used many sites where the booking process is way too confusing and off putting. Overall my whole experience today was awesome and I’d definitely recommend to anyone looking to come here.
I just booked an appointment using the online booking system and was very impressed with the service. When I clicked on the "book now" button, there were lots of available time slots and I could easily chose one that suited me. I also really liked that there was an option to share who referred me to the business in order to provide them with an incentive. I was also able to enter my credit card details securely to confirm the appointment. My only piece of feedback is that the font is a little bit small and could be made bigger so that it would be easier to see. Overall great process and I would recommend booking an appointment online at Bombay Brow Bar!
Highly recommend this salon! I can't even remember how many appointments I've had by now which is obviously a good sign. My brows keep getting better and better and the staff here is at least as if not more excited about that as I am! They take the time to advice you on the best shape for your face, obviously help you get there and provide a lot of tips on how to care for your brows afterwards. Thanks girls!
Lady who did my brows was very lovely and accommodating of a small change that I requested. Gave me lovely eyebrow massage afterwards. Recently the therapists have all been different, it would be good to have some continuity but the service is usually very good despite this. I took one star off this time as there was another staff member trainee? Manager? who stood by really close and watched me the whole time and it would have been nice if she had introduced herself or explained why she was there.
The brow threading service is great but the website and online customer service are pretty bad. I used to just be able to keep rebooking with the same technician but now there is a confusing mess of multiple service levels spread across two different websites which require two different accounts. The prices seem to change a lot but its difficult to really tell, levels seem to get added and removed every time I try to book. Last time I booked the $35 level and the technician said this didn't include shaping anymore. It looks like the lowest price for shaping is now $50, but again hard to tell. Cancelled appointments are supposed to add credit to your account but this isn't automatic and it's very difficult to get in touch with anyone to get your credit. I've always had a great experience in the salon so it's a real shame that the rest of the customer service is so poor.
