The best workout you will ever have. The classes are challenging, fun, rewarding and diverse. Seth, Greg and Jess have created a very welcoming environment, and make you feel like family. This place makes you enjoy getting fit and staying fit. I would encourage all to try it !

Great gym with knowledgeable trainers, Greg, Seth and Jessie are fantastic. Friendly group atmosphere, with other members. If you are looking for something different, fun with results this is the place.

Joined about 2 months ago. I've never been welcomed so warmly to a Gym before. The induction and interviews are very thorough and I feel I am in good hands with Greg and Seth. I love the workouts and feel challenged in a good way. The Myzone feedback is awesome and really motivating. For an old tart, I'm feeling better than I have for a long time. This place is awesome and the dudes are hilarious. GJ

Owners and brothers Greg and Seth Maserow along with Jess Lenthall are inspirational PT's. They treat their clients like family which reassuring when you are working towards your fitness/life goals. The classes are incredibly motivational and with your own heart rate monitor you know exactly how hard you are working!! Everyone supports each other through the 30 mins high intensity training. Come along, you'll won't look back!!
