Jason has been a great help relieving the tightness in my back and shoulders, and devising a plan to increase my shoulder mobility which I'm confident help with my swimming. Don't wait until you're injured, let Jason help find those tight spots and imbalances that might be holding you back. "Loved it" is not quite the right assessment, because strong massage and dry needling in the right places hurts. But it also works! I'm looking forward to working with Jason on the road to Kona.

Jason supported me primarily in working on my shoulder both before and after replacement of my shoulder joint. His ability to work individual muscles really helped me to recover and now am back on the golf course again with full motion. Additionally, his knowledge of the human body has him being very helpful with diagnosis of conditions. I had a minor tear in my Achilles tendon which I was in the process of ignoring, but, thanks to Jason, I got in the doctor and the Physio before I did any more damage. Plus, he is a great guy!

Seen Jason many time over the past few years. Really knows his stuff...especially for sport related injuries. I'm also a big bloke and he is one of the few therapists who is strong enough to get into those knots. He's a great bloke :)

Jason is the best =) I'm a Dance and Fitness Instructor and have been going regularly to see Jason for a number of years now and I know whenever I need to have my muscles released or injure myself that he will have me back on track quickly. Highly recommend Jason's sports massage and therapy services, he truly does have magical hands =)

Jason has a rare gift of healing touch and the science to back it. He understands the dynamics of exercise and its effect on the body because he has been there himself. Jason is a great communicator and will refer cases on if in his professional opinion there is some other treatment that will enhance his or help his client regain the best possible wellness. I have been practicing complimentary medicine as a naturopath and kinesiologist for over 25 years and highly recommend Jason as a practitioner, exercise and life coach.
