Signed up for 19 classes with a Groupon deal and have been to three classes and so far it's been great. Lovely, clean studio, friendly staff and varied, challenging classes. The equipment is also well maintained and the booking system is easy and convenient. Im impressed so far!
I recently came in for a first class - really enjoyed it. A nice relaxed and inclusive studio that feels very zen from the moment we entered. Good selection of class time during week and on weekends. Thanks for the complimentary class and we’ll definitely be back!
The studio is calm and warming. The instructors are caring and very helpful. The communication between the staff and students are wonderful.

I've been going to Body Ethos for around 3 months and it's been amazing. Basically turning myself from a plank of wood into someone who can do yoga. I recommend Barre Class for a great cardio and body stabilising workout and Slow flow for great yoga flex
