Only one store to purchase schools uniform and always out of stock. Website not mobile friendly. Despite selecting delivery, and giving delivery info order resets to pick up and have had to cancel orders as result of not accepting delivery payment over phone
I've been shopping at Bob Stewart for uniforms now spanning 21 years. At Kew the customer service and staff manner was excellent. At Croydon it is extremely poor and the parents shopping in your store deserve better. We are not an inconvenience, we are your customers.
Extremely disappointed with one staff membermiddle aged who has no idea what customer service is. She kind of blamed me saying you need to hurry up as me holding up the que. It was kind of extra 30 seconds that I took. Also noticed that she wasn't happy with other customer who was before me.
My daughter and I walked in today feeling very overwhelmed and had no idea what we needed. fresh year 7 student We were greeted by the most amazing young lady that completely transformed our whole day ! We are both beyond grateful for how effortless she made our entire shopping trip today and how comfortable she made my daughter. Truly thank you so much
