I’ve used Bob Jane in Moorabbin a couple of times before, the two guys on the front desk are both excellent, really knowledgeable, transparent and kind which can be rare in this industry. The 4 tyres I got were close to $300 cheaper in total than their competitors as well. I find their waiting area really well setup as well so you can relax, work, look at wheels etc.nGreat experience overall, even if they were on par price wise I would still go there first
These guys are awesome! Had a bad puncture on my VW late Saturday afternoon. It needed a new tyre. I ended up buying four new tyres and they even insisted to stay back till 6.30pm to get the job done. Jon and Adam are professional, very accommodating and gave me a crazy price on the new tyres! If you need tyres don't go anywhere else. If I could give 10 stars, I would!
My Sunday afternoon today took a turn for the worse the moment I hit a massive pothole that completely blew out my front passenger tyre.nnI was worried that most tyre shops would be closed on a Sunday, so I was relieved to discover Bob Jane T-Marts Moorabbin was open. The exceptional service started from my very first phone call. Adam took the time to check tyre availability, discuss my options and advise when I could bring the car in to have the damaged tyre replaced, the wheel alignment checked and any potential pothole-related damage assessed.nnAdam was professional, knowledgeable and reassuring, fitting me in just 1.5 hours before closing time.nnWhen I arrived, a friendly team member greeted me with a smile, took my keys and drove my car straight into the workshop while I checked in at reception.
