David Owner/Customer Service was friendly and helpful when I called to see if they may have a specialty tire available for me as I am on my way through only. He called back swiftly as he had one sourced for the next morning which he picked up him himself in morning traffic to help me out! Quick repair and fair price for the service. Gave recommention on possible future repairs needed at mechanical garage at my next location. Easy to get to spot on mainew routethrough town.

Very impressed with the service. Have been here before and wouldn't have recommended then but perhaps there is new ownership or management and I couldn't have been happier with the service this time around. A lovely crew of staff who seem happy and are very pleasant to deal with.

Amazing customer service. Took everything into account when helping me choose my next set of tyres and did the job in a timely manner.

Had some difficulty with other guys trying to sort wheels and tyres for my boat and jet ski trailers. Dropped in to see Dave on Sat afternoon and he couldnt have been more helpful. Took the time to work out what I needed, got it ordered and had them fitted within three days. Service was above and beyond what I expected and price was great. Great customer service late of a Saturday afternoon the manager came out him self to help with a very unusual problem I had with unknown sized wheel nuts managed to get them off when 4 other places I took it prior either told me can’t do it or shooed me out the door, very friendly and helpful Thanks team

Absolutely amazing service by the team at Bob Jane Maroochydore! Came here after experiencing terrible service with a competitor & they blew me away with how lovely they were. All gentlemen on the front desk were genuine, caring & willing to help with a warm, friendly manner! Wish they did car servicing so I could go there for all of my car needs! Will definitely be back!
