Had a set of tires fitted and wanted an alignment as well. Tires were done, when it came to the alignment they identified a suspension issue, so need to get that fixed first then back to them for the alignment. Overall pleasant service and they were efficient.

A Bob Jane customer lost after 20 years. Fitted two tyres not asked for, no apology and appalling communication. Wheel balance and alignment had to be redone after driving 400km. The vehicle should not have left their workshop in that condition. Poor customer service. Poor workmanship. Poor customer experience.
