I recently used the services of Bob Jane T-Mart Osborne Park for the second time in twelve months and will definitely return next time I have a tyre related issue. On both occasions, after shopping around other tyre suppliers in Osborne Park, I ended up at Bob Jane's as they had the best quote. But beyond just having the best price, their service is excellent. Craig was patient and helpful and took the time to investigate the best value-for-money solution to satisfy my needs. Highly recommended.
I went here for a tyre puncture which was actually a flat and unsafe tyre that was less than 12 months. I was treated with respect and on top of that there was no charge at all for putting my spare on my car. I can’t thank these guys enough for not trying to make money out of me but actually being of service. Thank you so much, it really made me feel valued as a person.
After getting a tyre replaced here and receiving excellent customer service, I returned to get them to check a tyre losing pressure every three days due to a possible leak, I asked them to check and was told it was fine. I was disappointed as I wasn't given an explanation of how difficult it is to detect a leak, they sent me away on their professional opinion. I went to another company and they informed me the last company put on the poorest quality available these tyres shredded very quickly I was charged an extra $135. I'm just disappointed as I had several near accidents in the past due to unreliable tyres
Was served straight away by Craig as soon as I walked in. Fantastic. He looked over my SL 350 tyres and advised what I should do as they were fron 7 to 11 yrs old. He found me 4 pilot super sports and organised to have them delivered to Wangarra to coincide with my rims being refurbished. Great service . Thank you very much. So glad I came to see you.
I’m a 63 yr old women who went here today after work as I had a tyre with a nail In it I had pumped up the tyre to get to bob jayne in Osborne Park. Where we have been several times for tyres. Where I was told by a 40 something year old bloke “sorry no we can’t help we are closing.” Come back tomorrow at 10 so I was turned away and I worried all the way home hoping I would get home with out the tyre going flat.. so sad they cld not help. would of taken 10 min to change my tyre..

I recently had to replace 2 tyres and did a bit of research about it on the web first. Bob Janes prices were very good and were all inclusive. I called and was told the tire I chose wasn’t available but another better tire was offered at a discount prices I was very happy with. Extra bonus they could fit me in the next day. I chose to wait and it took about 2 hours to fit, align and balance. I was able to wait in a comfortable room with tv, water and coffee. The staff were polite, efficient and knowledgeable. There is also a follow up service included to check that everything is ok. Very happy with my new tyres.
