Came here about 6-7 months ago just before leaving for a big road trip. Excellent service. Russell is an absolute legend. Very honest and professional, even gave us advice and recommendations for the car for such a long trip.
Found Bob Jane in Morley very accommodating and efficient. Had a new continental tyre installed, and another of my tyres punctures repaired. They even ordered in a new rim for my spare tyre and installed it with no fuss. All work was completed in an hour. I am very happy with the service, Micro Moves will be back.
I’ve been a customer here for 15 years and generally have no real issues. Sometimes they run late. But meh. But my experience today was appalling. I came in for my tyre service, rotate and alignment. I dropped my vehicle off at 3pm and told it would be ready by 4pm. Getting there at 4 and vehicle was out the front. I was told all was done and I paid $75 and was handed the keys. I then asked for the job card and they went looking for it. This is when they found out the alignment I had paid for had not actually been done! Was then told I’d would only be half an hour more. It wasn’t. Very poor experience with the Morley store. They need to lift their game. *** Update. By chance I spoke to the manager, after having to come back for my wheel lock key, and he provided a full refund. The gesture was appreciated
Friendly staff. Went above and beyond to assist me on my last minute request re; tyre replacement. Highly recommended. Hope your team enjoyed the pack of beers.
We stopped in on new years eve morning without calling ahead to get a puncture wound repaired on our tyre. We had already put the spare on but it was urgent because we were going to be travelling over 80km speed later that day on the freeway to visit family and we were not able to do that with the spare tyre on. They were flat out busy being the last day of the year but still happily fit us in. They walked up to our car to help remove and carry the tyre from the boot to the shop. They repaired the tyre but the estimated time of being able to put the tyre back on and remove the spare was pushed back a little due to already being busy. My hubby said it was no issue and he can easily pop it back on at home, they didnt charge us anything for repairing the tyre because of the delay in service. Great customer service and very friendly staff. Thankyou, we will be back again.
Drove in with bolt in my tire. The young man was instantly walking to me before I got out of the car , said “please give me 30 mins and I’ll text you when it’s ready “ not only wa sit 20mins. When I went to pay he said. Nope it’s on the house. Merry Christmas Omg I thought he was joking Apart from brilliant work and fast the attention and attitude was outstanding. To the owner or manager. You have nails. Team work and professional development well done I’ll be screaming your name in pride
Poor customer service with lack of attention to details. Told them to make sure to install stick on weights, they put on clips instead. Gave them alloys with the tyres already removed, saving them time. We did not even request them to be put in the car. But when we requested the tyres to be disposed of they want to charge additional fees for it. Unbelievable.
Cannot thank the crew at Bob Jane Morley enough for their friendly service and care. Had the unfortunate experience of a puncture in my Toyota Prius, with no spare tyre with that car...I made it to Bob Jane. Despite being fully booked they replaced my tyres; as repair not possible, and were kind enough to advise on a space saver tyre option for my car and supplied and fitted a tyre to the space saver tyre rim.. Highly recommended business with great manager and staff. A big thanks to you all from Keith. Best wishes for 2022.

I had a wonderful experience today at Bob Janes T Marts Morley. Cant thank them enough for looking after me. I had a screw in my tyre. They were flat out but fitted me in no problems and they treated me in a special way. Thankyou so much to the staff at the Morley branch. I really appreciated what they did for me.
